Who is eligible?
To be eligible to select the UMP Plus – UW Medicine Accountable Care Network, you must be PEBB benefits-eligible and live in King, Kitsap, Pierce, Skagit, Snohomish, Thurston, or Spokane counties. You are also eligible if you meet these two criteria and are currently a non-Medicare PEBB retiree, insured through a COBRA plan or are paying for insurance out-of-pocket.
